It should be an internal short circuit voltage of 220v parts. We suggest you prepare some fuses, then open the chiller sheet metal,observe whether there is parts inside water phenomenon, such as fan, 24 v switching power supply, buzzer, etc.if it without the water phenomenon,then cut off 24V switching power supply input lines,obsever whether to burn the fuse or not.if the fuse not burn, we can judge 24 v switching power supply short circuit.if still burning fuse can determine the fan short circuit.when you cofirm the part short circuit,you should change it.
