Recently, one of our Beijing customers called us
for help when they encountered some problems during the use of S&A
water chiller to cool their low temperature refrigeration compressor.
As this customer is mainly engaged in the development, design, sales and technical consultation of superconducting magnetic devices in the superconducting industry and the development, design, sales, operation and maintenance of low-temperature devices, they have paid special attention to the water capacity and water route of water chiller.
The customer: “Hello! Is that Teyu Electromechanical Co., Ltd? Last time, I bought two sets of CW-6300EN460H water chillers to cool our compressor. But now we have some difficulties in operating them and we really don’t know what’s going wrong.”

The customer: “When I open the water inletvalve onthe machine to feed water, no water flows after the direct connection of the water outlet and the water inlet with a pipe.”
Teye: “This might be the problem caused by low waterlevel. Please continue to add cooling water until the water level is in the green range of the water level gauge to make sure that there is no water leakage in the water circulation pipeline.
