S&A CW-7300 Chiller for Cooling DPSSL for Welding with Fiber Output

Recently, S&A visited one regular customer, a professional manufacturer specializing in manufacturing laser and related systems, including DPSSL with fiber output , semiconductor laser with fiber output, which have been widely applied to the laser cladding, quenching, cleaning, welding, and other processing areas. The customer mainly applies the lasers provided by some famous manufacturers (including IPG, Laserline and Raycus) to laser welding and cutting processes.

 

Previously, the client has been using three kinds of chillers provided by different manufacturers (including S&A) at the same time, but compared with the other two chillers, S&A fiber chiller seemed better, due to the compact and multi-functional design and two temperature control systems (i.e., low temperature control system for cooling the laser body, while the high temperature control system for QBH connector (lens), which is effective for the avoidance of condensed water generation). Thus, the client used only S&A chiller later and CW-7300 chiller has been put into use in the production process in the client’s company, to cool the DPSSL for welding with fiber output. S&A CW-7300 chiller is characterized by the cooling capacity of 9.6KW and the temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.

 

In respect of production, S&A has invested the production equipment of more than one million yuan, ensuring the quality of a series of processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A has set up logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, the warranty period is two years.
