Yesterday, Mr. Patel, who is the owner of an industrial automation company in India, visited S&A factory with some of his staff from technical department. In fact, the visit is scheduled in the early August and he previously told us that he had to visit the factory before he could place orders for S&A water chillers for cooling his fiber lasers. After several conversations, it turns out that he recently got a big and urgent order from his client, so he needed to purchase water chillers to cool his fiber lasers as soon as possible.

 

During this visit, Mr. Patel and his staff visited S&A workshops of CW-3000, CW-5000 series, CW-6000 series and CWFL series water chillers and got to know the performance test and the packing process of the chillers before delivery. He was quite impressed by the large production scale of S&A and satisfied with the fact that S&A water chillers all pass rigid test before delivery. Right after he finished the visit, he signed the contract with S&A, placing an order of 50 units of CWFL-500 water chillers and 25 units of CWFL-3000 water chillers for cooling his Raycus and IPG fiber lasers.

 

In respect of production, S&A has invested the production equipment of more than one million RMB, ensuring the quality of a series of processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A has set up logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, all the S&A water chillers are underwritten by insurance company and the warranty period is two years.
