1. Open the drain cap and till the chiller against 45 degree until the original water all drains out. Then put the drain cap back and screw tight.
2. Open the water supply inlet cap and add the new circulating water until it reaches the green indicator of the level gauge. Then put the cap back and screw tight. 
3. Operate the chiller for a while and check if the circulating water is still at the green indicator of the level gauge. If the water level drops, add more water in it.
