E1 alarm stands for ultrahigh room temperature alarm. If E1 alarm occurs to laser cooling chiller which cools chip UV laser marking machine, the error code and the water temperature will be displayed alternatively with beeping. In this case, pressing any key can stop the beeping, but the error code can not be eliminated until the problem is solved. To eliminate the E1 error code, please put the laser cooling chiller under the environment of below 40 degree celsius and with good ventilation.
