Why the water temperature of the CNC spindle water cooling chiller can not go down?

When the water temperature of the CNC spindle water cooling chiller can not go down, the CNC spindle will become overheated. What could be the reasons for the water temperature not going down?

1.The temperature controller of the water cooling chiller is faulty, so it can’t realize the temperature control function;
2.The cooling capacity of the water cooling chiller is not big enough;
3.If this problem occurs after a certain period of time of using, that could be:
A.The heat exchanger of the water cooling chiller is too dirty. It is suggested to clean the heat exchanger. 

B.The water cooling chiller leaks refrigerant. It is suggested to find and weld the leakage point and refill with refrigerant;

C.The working environment of the water cooling chiller is either too cold or too hot, which makes the chiller can’t fulfil the refrigeration requirement. It is suggested to replace by a water cooling chiller with higher cooling capacity.

S&A Recirculating Water Chiller CW-5200 for Cooling 8KW Spindle

Spindle of CNC milling machine will generate extra heat during operation. If it is not cooled in time, its life time and processing accuracy will be affected. There are generally two methods for cooling spindle. One is oil cooling and the other is water cooling. Oil cooling is less used, for it will cause pollution once there is oil leakage and it is difficult to clean. As for water cooling, it is very clean and environmental friendly.
