UV LED has gradually replaced mercury lamp due to its long working life, no thermal radiation, no environmental pollution, strong illumination and low energy consumption. S&A Closed-Loop Water Chiller CW-5300 for Cooling 2OOW YAG Laser Cleaning Machine

Industrial laser cleaning technique has a wide variety of applications, including aviation, automobile, high-speed train, vessel, nuclear power and so on. It aims to remove the rust, oxide film, coating, painting, oil stain, microorganism and nuclear particle from the surface. In the past three years, many institutes, universities and companies have been showing more and more interests in laser cleaning technique and begin the research and production of laser cleaning machine. During the operation of the laser cleaning machine, industrial water chiller is necessary to be equipped in order to provide effective cooling for the laser.

An Iranian institute, one of S&A customers, also begins the research on laser cleaning technique in which YAG laser with 200W light emitting power is adopted. Mr. Pearson is the Purchasing Manager of an Australian based company specializing in manufacturing experiment instruments.
