S&A knew a special customer, Mr. Li. Mr. Li comes from a high-end equipment research institute, which mainly researches on the scheme for complete set of equipment and serves the development needs of local high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
It is learned that, Mr. Li had four sets of shaft equipment, with a total power of 17KW, which needed to be cooled with a water chiller. We recommended S&A CW-6300EN460H water chiller to Mr. Li.

If the water in the water tank freezes, then the customer may melt the ice with warm water, and then add appropriate amount of antifreeze. Antifreeze can prevent ice from freezing again. The temperature of melted water is still very low, then, the customer may add appropriate amount of warm water; or install a heating rod to raise the temperature of water quickly and ensure the normal operation of water chiller.
PS: It is required to control the degree of dilution of antifreeze according to the specification, as over-high concentration may damage the shaft seal of water pump. In addition, antifreeze can’t be used for a long time, and when the weather warms up and water can’t freeze, it is required to draw off the water in the water tank and add purified water.
