customer’s equipmentwere displayed at Guangzhou Sign & LED
Exhibition. At the exhibition, we saw that some customers in bending
machine were using S&A CW-5200 water chiller for cooling acrylic
vacuum-adsorption bending machine.
We were very curious as to which part of the bending machine did the water chiller cool. Through communication, we found that, the working principle of bending machine is to heat adopting a single heating tube or multiple heating tubes to bend work-piece to large radian or different angles. Production is just completed in this way.
But in this process, heat will be generated on the worktable surface of bending machine, so an industrial water chiller is needed for cooling. The heating worktable is cooled through water-cooling system with accurate temperature regulator, so the worktable surface will not be heated and product shapes up instantly, ensuring straightness of the bending part, faster speed and better effect, which improves the work efficiency greatly.
