The preliminary choice made by the customer was CW-3000AF water chiller. However they also wished to receive some professional suggestion or recommendation from Teyu.
In order to cool their turbomolecular pump, the water chiller must meet the following conditions: 1KW cooling capacity at a target water temperature of 25°C and an ambient temperature of 25°C, a temperature range from 18°C to 35°C and a water flow rate of 2L/min. As S&A CW-3000AF water chiller cannot satisfy the cooling requirement of HIPACE400turbomolecular pump in terms of temperature range, Teyu sincerely recommends CW-5200AIS water chiller that is the most suitable to them as our responsibility to the customer.
