S&A: There are 2 reasons for it such as water temp rise or fall. Pls check if the red light is on and what code display on the temp control.
Customer: This is a new machine, the water temp drop quickly and the red light is on
S&A: It is water flow alarm. Pls check if the water circulating loop is normal and ensure keeping the water level in the green area of water gauge. If the water loop is blocked, pls clean it.
Besides, if the temp control panel display F4, that means over high temperature alarm. Pls check whether the cooling capacity of S&A water chiller is enough, or remove and clean the filter gauze and blow the condenser by air gun
