S&A Water Cooled Chiller CW-6200 Provides Effective Cooling for Laser Projector

Last week, Mr. Choi from Korea dialed 400-600-2093 ext.1 and contacted S&A about the cooling solution for laser projector. You may be curious that why laser projector also needs to be cooled? Well, although laser projector has its own heat-dissipating component, but that heat-dissipating component can’t provide enough cooling for the laser projector if the laser projector works for a long time. Long-time overheat will affect the normal working of the components inside the laser projector. Therefore, laser projector also needs the water cooled chiller to bring down its temperature. 

 

Mr. Choi is the technical manager of a Korea-based laser projector trading company. Why the QR code laser coding machine water chiller triggers high temperature alarm?

When the high temperature alarm happens to QR code laser coding machine water chiller, the error code and the water temperature will be displayed alternatively with buzzer ringing. The high temperature alarm is mainly caused by:

1. The equipped water chiller doesn’t have enough cooling capacity. In winter, this problem may not be obvious. However, in summer as the ambient temperature rises, the water chiller can’t provide effective temperature control for the equipment. It is suggested to change to a water chiller with bigger cooling capacity.

2. The water chiller is covered with dust, which makes it less easy for the heat of the chiller to be dissipated. It is suggested to clean the condenser by air gun and unpick & wash the filter gauze.

Last year, a Czech laser trader who mainly deals in CNC spindle equipment purchased 18 units of S&A CWFL-800 fiber laser water chillers. With the good product quality and well-established after-sales service, S&A water chiller has gained positive feedback from the foreign market, especially the European and the South American markets. Recently, this Czech customer contacted S&A again for another round of cooperation.

 

This time, he intended to buy S&A water chillers CWFL-1500 to cool 1500W fiber lasers that he recently imported from America. Is S&A industrial chiller CW-6200 capable of cooling 45KW CNC spindle?

S&A industrial chiller CW-6200 features the cooling capacity of 5100W and the temperature stability of ±0.5℃ and is capable of cooling a single 45KW CNC spindle.
