Why the water level of the water chiller which cools laser barcode marking machine is down to the red area(low water level)?

The water level of water chiller which cools laser barcode marking machine down to red area may be possibly due to the following situations:

1.There’s not enough purified water/distilled water inside the water tank;

2.The water chiller is leaking.

It is suggested to fill the water chiller with purified water/distilled water to the green area(normal water level) first and then observe if there is any leakage.
