S&A: There is no difference in winter or in other seasons regarding the water draining issue. You can just drain out the water from the water tank by unscrewing the drain cap. Please also drain out the water in the filter. For the water in the internal pipeline, you can blow it away with the air gun. After that, refill the chiller with the new circulating water.
