• needed water temperature 12 degrees centigrade

Air in the water pipe to lead to water circulation of chiller blocked

The day before yesterday, a customer asked me from S&A WeChat “we have bought S&A dual pump chiller CW-6100AT to cool laser machine, it works well all the time. However, today, the temperature controller displays “TIGH TEMP” and alarm sounds when the chiller startup”.

S&A, “This is water flow alarm. Firstly, you can try to connect the water inlet with outlet of high temperature end with short pipe, checking the status of chiller”.

The customer, “The alarm is eliminated, but after connecting the laser machine, the alarm sounds for a few minutes later, it will go back to normal”.

S&A, “According to your description, it is possible that there is air in the water pipe to lead to water circulation of chiller blocked. You can restart chiller for several times and empty the air.”
