How to slove E4 alarm of S&A water chiller CW-5200

Hello, I am Mark from S&A chiller company

Now I show you the troubleshooting of E4 alarm of S&A chiller CW-5200

E4 means room temperature sensor failure alarm

When alarm occurs

The error code and the temperature will be alternately displayed

The alarm sound could be suspended by pressing any button

When E4 alarm occurs

Firstly, find out the connecting terminal of room temp sentor and water temp sentor which are connected with temp controller

Exchange and connect it

If the alarm is suspended we can judge the connecting terminal is loose contact

please connect it correctly

If it is E4 alarm, we can judge the temperature controller is faulted

Please replace it

IF it is E5 alarm, we can judge the room temperature sentor is faulted

Please replace it as well

E4 and E5 alarm occur at the same time

We propose you replace room tempsensor, water temp sensor and temp controller

The troubleshooting of E3 alarm of S&A water chiller CW-5200

E3 means over low water temperature alarm

When alarm occurs

The error code and the temperature will be alternately displayed

The alarm sound could be suspended by pressing any button

Under low ambient temperature( e.g. in winter)

When the cooling water temperature is lower than factory setting startup temperature

It is easy to cause E3 alarm

Now I show you the simple troubleshooting of E3 alarm

1、Startup machine(e.g. laser) to rise cooling water temperature

E3 alarm will be automatically eliminated

2、If the chiller works in a larger temperature difference

Add warm water into the water tank until the water temp restore to normal value

E3 water temperature alarm can be eliminated

If the chiller continues alarming

It is possible that temperature controller or sensor is faulted

S&A water cooling system CW-5200 for 3D printing machine

The 3D printing machine is applied in various fields, and it is necessary to be equipped with water cooling system as it will generate heat during working.
