Why do industrial chiller CW-5200 display high temperature alarm?

An old customer reflects that industrial chiller CW-5200 display high temperature alarm and the refrigerating performance is unstable.

There are several reasons for high temperature alarm:

1、 Blocked dust gauze, bad thermolysis;

2、 Poor ventilation for air outlet and inlet;

3、 Voltage is extremely low or astable ,improper parameter setting on thermostat;

4、 Switch the power frequently; 

5、 Excessive heat load.

So when you find the chiller display high temperature alarm again, pls remove and clean dust gauze firstly.  To make the chiller run better, S&A suggest user wash dust gauze regularly.
