what is the lowest temperature you can drive the chiller CW-5200 stably?

A customer is from a  University and would like to know more information regarding your chiller CW-5200: what is the lowest temperature it can drive the chiller stably?

S&A chillers work within 5℃-35℃,  the  controllable lowest  temperature depends on the heat load of the cooled machine and the cooling capacity of chiller. S&A suggest the best running temp is 20℃-30℃.
