Regarding the flow alarm of S&A chiller CW-5200
Thare are three flow alarm statuses
1、The red light on
And display water temperature in normal
The buzzer beeping
2、The red light on
The temperature controller no display
The buzzer beeping
3、The red light on
The controller displays 8.88
The buzzer beeping
We can judge it is flow alarm
Let me show you the troubleshooting
Firstly, turn off the machine
Connect a water hose between water inlet and water oulet
Turn on the machine and observe the working status
If alarm suspends (the red light off, green light on)
The outside water circulation pipe is blocked
The water circulation pipe gets bended or blocked
Check the outside water circulation pipe
If the chiller remains alarm (red light on,green light off)
The cause as below
1、Water level inside the tank is too low
Check the water level gause display
Add water until the level shown in the green area
And check whether water circulation pipe leaks
2、Internal water circulation pipe is blocked
Check the internal water circulation pipe
3、The parts of chiller fault
