When matching the water chiller, S&A always asks customers to
provide what it is used to cool, and what the power and flow rate of
that equipment are, so as to match the right type. However, some
customers may select the type on their own for the inconvenient
disclosure of information. Then the following case may occur:
Mr. Chen, a laser customer, called S&A that maintenance was
required for CW-5200 water chiller due to the malfunction. It was known
through communication that the laser equipment to be cooled ought to be
supported by the water chiller with 2700W cooling capacity and 21m lift,
so CW-5200 with 1400W cooling capacity was not suitable. Later, he
confirmed that 100W RF metal tube was used. Therefore, we recommended
CW-6000 water chiller with 3000W cooling capacity, and he placed the
order immediately. In addition, he highly praised the specialty of
S&A in selecting the type of water chiller.
