Mr. Che, who is mainly engaged in the production of CNC laser cutting machine and the development, production and sales of complete set of welding equipment, contacted S&A for the purchase of industrial water chiller to cool their 1500-2000W fiber laser.
Mr. Che has expressed his concerns to S&A: Fiber laser has special requirement on the circulating water in the industrial water chiller, where ions must be removed to guarantee the luminous efficiency of fiber laser. Is there a water chiller having been developed purposely for the fiber laser? S&A recommends CW-6250 dual temperature water chiller or CW-6200 dual temperature water chiller to Mr. Che for the cooling of 1500-2000W fiber laser. Mr. Che feels puzzled about why both of the water chillers recommended by S&A are with dual temperature instead of single temperature mode. Does everybody feel puzzled with this as well? Please allow me to explain the reason. S&A dual temperature water chiller has been designed purposely for fiber laser with the availability of utility model patent certificate. It has the following advantages in cooling the fiber laser:
1.It has two independent temperature control systems to separate high temperature from low temperature. The low temperature serves to cool the main body of laser and the normal temperature serves to cool the QBH connector (the lens) to efficiently avoid the formation of condensate water.
2.It's equipped with a triple filter unit, where two wire-wound filters are separately used to filter the impurities in the cooling water circuits at the high temperature end and the low temperature end to guarantee the cleanness of water, while the third deionization filter mainly serves to filter out the ions in the water circuits to better protect the fiber laser.
Mr.Che expresses that the above design is very considerate, which can achieve a better effect in cooling the fiber laser. Actually S&A dual temperature water chiller better matches the fiber laser.
For the center of an industrial water chiller---condenser, S&A has invested millions of money in the equipment for the production and made strict control on a series of processes, including fins, bends and welding etc to secure the quality of condenser. Meanwhile, with the introduction of welding robots, the welding procedure has been significantly improved and perfected, which also has efficiently prevented the machinery breakdown caused by solder skips to better secure the stable quality of S&A water chiller.
