Is water chiller necessary if laser leather cutting machine has small laser power?

 Laser leather cutting machine often uses CO2 laser as the laser source and the power of CO2 laser tube ranges from 80-150W. In the short-term running, CO2 laser tube only generates small amount of heat, which won’t affect the normal working of the laser leather cutting machine. However, if laser leather cutting machine is working for a long run continuously, overheating is likely to occur. Therefore, it is very necessary to add an external small process cooling chiller to bring away the heat.
