SPIE. PHOTONICS WEST is the first stop of 2024 TEYU S&A Global Exhibitions! We are excited to return to San Francisco for the SPIE PhotonicsWest 2024, the world's leading photonics, laser, and biomedical optics event.

Join us at Booth 2643, where cutting-edge technology meets precision cooling solutions. The showcased chiller models this year are the stand-alone laser chiller CWUP-20 and rack chiller RMUP-500, boasting a remarkable ±0.1℃ high precision.

1. TEYU Stand-alone Water Chiller CWUP-20

Compact water chiller CWUP-20 stands out for its ±0.1℃ ultra-precise temperature stability with PID control technology. It reliably delivers about 1.43kW (4879Btu/h) cooling capacity. This stand-alone chiller efficiently cools nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond ultrafast solid-state lasers, laboratory instruments, UV laser machines, etc.

CWUP-20 supports RS-485 communication for easy monitoring and remote control. It is equipped with multiple alarm functions such as 5℃ low and 45℃ high-temperature alarm, flow alarm, compressor over-current, etc. for equipment safety purposes. The heating function is designed, and a 5μm water filter is externally mounted to effectively reduce impurities of the circulating water.

2. TEYU Rack Chiller RMUP-500

6U Rack-Mounted Chiller RMUP-500 features a compact footprint, mountable in a 19-inch rack. This mini chiller also delivers high temperature stability of±0.1℃ and a cooling capacity of 0.65kW (2217Btu/h). Featuring a low noise level and minimal vibration, chiller RMUP-500 is great for maintaining the accuracy of sensitive measurements in labs while offering stable cooling.

Equipped with RS-485 Modbus communication and multiple alarm functions, plus high energy efficiency and ease of maintenance, rack chiller RMUP-500 is ideal for an immense range of applications: 10W-15W UV laser and ultrafast lasers, high-precision lab equipment, semiconductor devices, etc.

2023 TEYU S&A Chiller Global Exhibition and Innovation Awards Review

As we closed the chapter on 2023, we reflected with gratitude on a wonderful year. It was a year of vibrant activity and accomplishment. Let’s check TEYU S&A exclusive Year in Review below:

Throughout 2023, TEYU S&A embarked on global exhibitions, starting with a debut at SPIE PHOTONICS WEST in the US, aiming to grasp the American market's industrial cooling demands. May witnessed our expansion at FABTECH Mexico 2023, cementing our presence in Latin America post-US showcase. In Turkey, a vital hub in the "Belt and Road" initiative, we forged connections at WIN EURASIA, laying the groundwork for expanding the Eurasian market.

June brought two significant exhibitions: at LASER World of PHOTONICS Munich, TEYU S&A laser chillers showcased prowess in industrial cooling, while at Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair, we unveiled a groundbreaking handheld laser welding chiller, strengthening our position in China's market. Our active involvement continued in July and October at LASER World of Photonics China and LASER World of Photonics South China, nurturing collaborations and augmenting influence in China's laser industry.

We have much to celebrate this year 2023 with the launch of our high-power fiber laser chiller CWFL-60000, which has garnered significant attention and recognition, earning 3 innovation awards within the laser industry. Additionally, with our strong product quality, brand presence, and comprehensive service system, TEYU S&A has been honored with the national-level 'Little Giant' title for specialization and innovation in China.

2023 has been a splendid and memorable year for TEYU S&A, one worth reminiscing about. Moving into 2024, we will continue the journey of innovation and steady progress, actively participating in global exhibitions to provide professional and reliable temperature control solutions for more laser enterprises.
