What does 50W/°C radiating capacity mean in portable water chiller CW-3000?

In the S&A Teyu chiller family, CW-3000 portable water chiller is the only type of chiller that is not refrigeration based. Thus, it doesn’t indicate cooling capacity in the parameter sheet. Instead, this industrial water chiller has a radiating capacity and it is 50W/°C. S&A Recirculating Water Chiller CW-3000 for Cooling Dress and Leather Garments Manufacturing Machines of a Romanian Customer

Mr. Bancila is the boss of a Romania-based small trading company which specializes in selling all kinds of manufacturing machines for dress and leather garments. He imports most of the machines from China and then sells them locally in Romania. However, the supplier of the manufacturing machines for dress and leather garments doesn’t equip the machines with recirculating water chillers which are the important accessories. Therefore, he needs to purchase the chillers by himself.
