How much refrigerant is appropriate for electric water chiller which cools metal laser engraving machine?

A Malaysian client recently left a message, asking how much refrigerant should be added in his electric water chiller which cools metal laser engraving machine. Well, the amount of the refrigerant to be added depends on the model No. of the electric water chiller.
