An Indian Client Placed the Order of Another10 Units of Portable Water Chillers CW3000

Last week, we got a call from our regular Indian client, “I need to placed the order of another 10 units of your portable water chillersCW-3000.” In fact, this is the second order of this year and the previous one is also 10 units.

According to him, 10 units of portable water chillers CW-3000 of this order are expected to cool the high density fiberboard cnc engraving machines and his company is going to expand the European market. Is there any difference of adding circulating water in different S&A industrial water chiller units?

S&A offers different industrial water chiller units and they can be basically classified into heat-dissipating type industrial water chiller unit CW-3000 and refrigeration type industrial water chiller units CW-5000 and the bigger ones. These two types of industrial water chiller units have different ways of adding circulating water.

For heat-dissipating type industrial water chiller unit CW-3000, it suffices to add the water when it reaches 80-150mm away from the water supply inlet.

For refrigeration type industrial water chiller unit CW-5000 and the bigger ones, since they are all equipped with water lever gauge, it suffices to add the water when it reaches the green indicator of the water level gauge.

Note: Circulating water needs to be clean distilled water or purified water to prevent possible clogging inside the circulation waterway.
