How to deal with the refrigerant low pressure problem of the water chillers which cool trademark marking machine?

According to the experience of S&A, the water chillers which cool trademark marking machine have the refrigerant low pressure problem, mainly due to:

1.The switch which controls the refrigerant breaks down;

2.The chiller is leaking refrigerant.

For the first case, it is suggested to send the chiller back to where it is produced.

For the second case, it is suggested to find and weld the leakage point or contact the chiller supplier to have the refrigerant refilled.

What causes the poor cooling performance of the water chiller machines which cool engraving and milling machine?

Like all the other machines, water chiller machines which cool engraving and milling machine also need regular maintenance. Otherwise, the working performance may possibly be affected. To maintain the water chillers in a good working condition, S&A offers the following advice on the regular maintenance.

1.Clean the condenser and the dust gauze periodically;

2.Change the circulating water regularly(usually 3 months a times in most cases) and use purified water or clean distilled water as circulating water. Lime-scale cleaning agent developed by S&A can also be added in the circulating water to avoid the limescale.

3.Place the water chiller in an environment below 40 degree Celsius with good ventilation.
