S&A Water Cooled Cooler CW-7900 with 30KW Cooling Capacity for Cooling Reflow Oven

Reflow oven technique refers to the soldering mechanically and electrically connected between SMC termination/pin and PCB bonding pad. It is the last key procedure of SMT. It is necessary to equip water chiller with the reflow oven during operation in order to remove the heat from the reflow oven.

A Taiwan Client Purchased 35 Units of S&A Water Chillers At One Time!

In order to broaden the Taiwan market, S&A established Taiwan official website and attended multiple International laser fairs in Taiwan. A Taiwanese customer Mr.Yan, whose company specializes in producing semiconductor, IC sealing and packing machine, vacuum sputting machine and plasma treatment equipment, recently contacted S&A for purchasing water chiller in order to cool the battery detector.
