S&A industrial water chiller for vacuum coating machine

A customer is interested in S&A water chiller CW-6000 to cool Vacuum coating machine.
The cooling requirement as below:
1.    Heating load vary from 0.5 up to 2.5KW
2.    Water temperature required at 17-20?c
However, for max.2.5KW heat load, chiller CW-6000 of 3KW cooling capacity is not able to keep the water temp at 17C-20C according to the cooling performance curve. Hence we recommend chiller model CW-6100 with 4.2KW cooling capacity.

Today, S&A water chiller CW-7500 will be shipped to England, which is applied to cool 10KW Nitrogen generator. However, the England customer has bought chiller CW-6200 to cool 5KW Nitrogen generator not long ago. He highly praised the design and stable quality of the chiller for the first time. There will be 16 units of water chiller CW-6100 shipped to Korea early in the morning
The Korea customer is specialized in producing EDM machine, who have been cooperation with S&A for several times. The water chiller CW-6100 is applied to cool 180W glass laser tube.

Why do the chiller often display high temperature alarm

Why do the circulating water chiller often display high temperature alarm?
That may be two reasons as below.
A. The cooling capacity of chiller is not enough, pls change the chiller with larger cooling capacity.
B. Pls clean the condenser, fan and filter gauze
1.    pls open the sheet metal of the chiller and blow the condenser by air gun
2.    Blow the air outlet of fan by air gun
3.    Remove the filter gauze and clean it by water gun

Customer find counterfeit of S&A chiller CW-5200 always alarm

One day, I paid a visit to a customer who specialized in laser welding machine and fiber laser cutting machine. I found he was using counterfeit of S&A chiller CW-5200. However, he reflected the counterfeit produce often display high temperature alarm, so he decided to adopt S&A certified chiller by gradually.
