Why is S&A chiller CW-6000's fan installed on the top of case

S&A chiller CW-6000 and above series’ fan are installed on the top of case, the fans is mainly used to cool condenser, it installed on the case top is better than installed inside the chiller due to S&A chiller CW-6000 and above series have large running heating power.
Once a customer asked me, is it dangerous when there is a nail or screw falled into the machine? In fact, the user don’t need to be worried about it, it is safty.
