E2 means over high water temperature alarm
When alarm occurs,the error code and the temperature will be alternately displayed
The alarm sound could be suspended by pressing any button
The fault case of E2 water temperature alarm as belows
1. Blocked
dust gauze and bad thermolysis，pls unpick and wash the dust gauze
regularly Or blow the dust on the condenser gap by air gun
2. Poor ventilation for air outlet and inlet
Remove obstacles for the chiller
Ensure a smooth ventilation for air outlet and inlet
3. Voltage is extremely low or unstable
Check the current and voltage
Improve the power supply circuit or use a voltage regulator
4. The setting parameter of controller is incorrect
Reset parameter or Restore to factory setting
5. Startup chiller frequently
Approach:
After startup chiller, pls ensure there is sufficient time for refrigeration (more than 5minuets)
6. Exessive heat load
Reduce the heat load
Or change another chiller with larger cooling capacity
