E5 means water temperature sensor failure alarm
When alarm occurs
The error code and the temperature will be alternately displayed
The alarm sound could be suspended by pressing any button
When alarm occurs

Firstly, find out the connecting terminal of room temp sentor and water temp sentor which are connected with temp controller
Exchange and connect it
If the alarm is suspended we can judge the connecting terminal is loose contact
please connect it correctly
If it is E5 alarm, we can judge the temperature controller is faulted
Please replace it
If it is E4 alarm, we can judge the water temp sentor is faulted
Pls replace it as well
E4 and E5 alarm occur at the same time
We propose you replace room temp sensor, water temp sensor and temp controller
