S&A water chiller high praised by our Italian customer engaged in high-frequency welding machine

A few days ago, I received an email from our Italian customer engaged in high-frequency welding machine (he was the manufacturer of high-frequency welding machines for PVC, PU, ABS, etc.). He sent the email to purchase 4 sets of CW-5000 water chillers with 800W cooling capacity for the cooling of high-frequency welding machine. The customer once purchased the same water chillers and highly praised the quality and cooling effect, so he placed the order directly.
This time, the customer suddenly asked to deliver the water chiller by air. In general, S&A did not recommend air freight unless in urgent use. The first reason is that it costs a lot. Secondly, only S&A CW-3000 water chiller is of heat dissipation, but the other S&A water chillers are of refrigeration. There are coolants (flammable and explosive articles forbidden to be carried in air freight) in the water chillers. Therefore, all coolants shall be fully discharged but charged again in the local in case of delivery by air.
He accepted the advice from S&A, and decisively selected the shipping.
