At the RoboIMEX2017, we found that one of the
manufacturers mainly engaged in the production of slot milling machines
had used S&A CW-6100 water chiller to cool their slotters.
At the exhibition, the S&A CW-6100 water chiller used by the customer was a customized one, where a dust cover was installed additionally at the top of the chiller fan to prevent the slot drillings or other sundries that might affect the operation of the water chiller from entering into the fan. Moreover, as S&A CW-6100 water chiller can simultaneously cool two or three IC card slot milling machines, it can not only lower the cost but also save the space.
For the center of an industrial water chiller---condenser, S&A has invested millions of money in the production equipment and made strict control on a series of processes, including fins, bends and welding etc to secure the quality of condenser. Also with the introduction of welding robots, the welding procedure has been significantly improved and perfected, which has efficiently prevented the machinery breakdown caused by solder skips to better secure the stable quality of S&A water chiller. Meanwhile with the introduction of IPG fiber laser cutting machine for the cutting of external metal plates on the water chiller and the punching of holes on the machine parts, it has not only improved the work efficiency and technology, but also enhanced the appearance of S&A water chillers.
