One of our customers from Chengdu wishes to order a
water chiller to cool their semiconductor packaging equipment. This
Chengdu customer that is mainly engaged in the provision of advanced
packaging solution to the users, requires the cooling of semiconductor
packaging equipment below 40℃ with a cooling capacity of 6KW-8KW.
According to the customer’s requirement, we recommend S&A CW-6300 water chiller, which has a cooling capacity of up to 8.5KW with ±1℃ precisely temperature control.
Also S&A CW-6300 water chiller has the following features:
1. Two temperature control modes in the intelligent temperature controller applicable to different occasions with multiple setting and fault display functions;
2. Multiple alarm functions: compressor time-delay protection; compressor overcurrent protection; water flow alarm and over high / low temperature alarm;

PS: T507 temperature controller is adopted in S&A CW-6300 water chiller. Supporting modbus communication protocol, T-507 is fully functioned and can realize the communication between the laser system and multiple water chillers. It can achieve the following two major functions: the monitoring on the working status of water chiller and the modification of water chiller parameters.
