Selective Laser Melting (SLM) technique is designed to use a high
power-density laser to melt and fuse metallic powders together, which is
achieved by converting the laser energy into heat. One research
institute, using the Laserline laser generator as the laser system of
the SLM metal 3D printer, needs to purchase a set of industrial chiller
with the cooling capacity of 17-20KW for cooling.
S&A recommended several kinds of chillers, and the research
institute finally decided to buy S&A CW-7800 dual-temperature
chiller to cool the 3,000W Laserline laser. S&A CW-7800 chiller is
characterized by its large cooling capacity of 18,500 kW and the
temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. The T-507 temperature controller
equipped supports modbus communication protocol and simultaneous
communication between the laser systems and multiple chillers, and is
also characterized by its two functions: working status monitoring and
parameters modification of the chiller .

processes from the core components (condenser) of industrial chiller to
the welding of sheet metal; in respect of logistics, S&A has set up
logistics warehouses in the main cities of China, having greatly reduced
the damage due to the long-distance logistics of the goods, and
improved transport efficiency; in respect of after-sales service, the
warranty period is two years.
