Is it ok to set the water temperature of water chiller which cools laser advertisement welding machine as 5 ℃?

Client: In the fair, I saw some exhibitors use S&A water chillers to cool laser advertisement welding machines and handheld laser welding machines. Can you tell me what the temperature control range of the chillers? Is it ok to set the water temperature to 5℃?

 

S&A: The water temperature control range of S&A refrigeration water chiller is 5-35℃, but the chiller works best and longer in 20-30℃. Whether it is ok to set the water temperature as 5℃ depends on whether the cooling capacity of the chiller is bigger than the heat load of the equipment or not. For example, generally, it suffices to use S&A thermolysis type water chiller CW-3000 to cool 60W CO2 laser glass tube. However, if the cooling water temperature of the 60W CO2 laser glass tube needs to be set as 5℃, it is better to use S&A refrigeration water chiller CW-5000, for its 800W cooling capacity is much bigger than the heat load of the CO2 laser glass tube.
