Laser cleaning outperforms traditional cleaning in mold surface treatment

Laser processing technique is now pretty common in a wide variety of industries. For mold industry, although laser cutting and laser welding seem to not find its proper use for the moment, laser cleaning has become increasingly used in mold surface treatment, outperforming traditional cleaning.

Does anti-freezer damage the closed loop chiller which cools CCD label laser cutting machine?

In winter, many users would add the anti-freezer to ensure the normal operation of the closed loop chiller which cools CCD label laser cutting machine. So does it damage the chiller?

Well, anti-freezer is corrosive and in order to prevent anti-freezer from damaging the closed loop chiller, users need to keep in mind the following points:

1.Use the low-concentration anti-freezer, since low-concentration anti-freezer has low corrosion;
2.Dilute the anti-freezer with water according to certain proportion;
3.Don’t mix different brands of anti-freezer to avoid possible chemical reaction or bubble;
4.Avoid using the anti-freezer for a long time, for anti-freezer would deteriorate after being used for a long time and the deteriorated one would be more sticky and more corrosive. Therefore, when it gets warmer, users need to drain out the anti-freezer from the chiller and refill with new purified water or clean distilled water.
