One customer asks why do the circulating water chiller alarm at 31℃?
Firstly, we should judge it is water flow alarm or temperature alarm.
1.Please check whether the panel red light is on or not, if it is on, we judge that is water flow alarm, maybe circulating water loop get blocked
2.If the red light is off, please check the alarm code on the panel. If it displays “E2”,that means over high water temperature.
