Why can’t the chiller CW-5200 cool down the water temp for 130W laser

A customer says he has used S&A refrigeration chiller CW-5200 to cool 130W a single glass laser tube for more than 3 years, it works well all the time. However, it is not able to cool down the water temperature for dual 130W laser in summer, the water temperature is always kept at 27C-29C.
Generally speaking, chiller CW-5200 is able to cool down a single 130W laser, but it will alarm when it is for dual 130W laser, especially in summer. For cooling dual 130W laser, S&A recommend chiller CW-6000 of 3KW cooling capacity.
