How to solve the blockage in the chiller water loop

If the internal circulating water loop is blocked, the chiller would alarm and the panel red light on.
Now I show you the troubleshooting.
1. please blow the water inlet/outlet of chiller by air gun
2. If there is cooling water in tank, please drain at first and then blow the water drain by air gun.
3. After changing cooling water, please add anticrustator into the water tank to reduce scale produced and prevent rust
