S&A chiller’s temp controller have 2
temperature control modes as constant temperature (model T-504) and
intelligent temperature control(model T503).
Firstly, we should adjust if the temp controller mode is T-503 or T-504. Generally speaking, T-503 will be selected as factory setting. If you need to manually adjust water temp, pls change into T-504.
Caution: If there are 10℃ difference between setting temperature and ambient temperature, it is easy to generate condensate water and danger the laser.
Therefore, to extend the laser life, please use T-503 intelligent temperature controller which does not need to adjust the controlling parameters under normal circumstance. It will self-adjust controlling parameters according to room temperature for meeting laser cooling requirement.
