Why doesn't chiller CW-5000 cool the water at all on a 100watt laser

This morning, I received an emanil regarding chiller CW-5000 fault. The customse said chiller does not cool the water at all on a 100watt rabbit laser. The water starts at room temp 20 degrees C then moves to 32 degrees C after cutting. The water circulates well, the fans blow air out of the back of cw5000, but air is never warm. I hear the compressor turn on, and the metal pipe inside cw5000 is frosty with ice.
Firstly, we are sorry for that. According to the failure description, there is probably refrigerant leakage.

We suggest to stop running the chiller and let the ice melt. Then use a towel wetted with cleanser essence water to wipe on all the copper tubes. There will be bubbles on the leaking point. Or check if there is oil stains on the copper tube, also leaking point. And then welding the leaking point.
