S&A CW-6000 water chiller is used to cool 100W Synead RF

Glass tube and RF, both of which need to be cooled by water chillers, are used by laser light sources of CO2 laser marking machines. S&A CW-6000 water chillers, with up to 3000W cooling capacity and ±0.5℃ precisely temperature controlling, were purchased by a marking machine manufacturer from Suzhou to cool 100W Synead RF.
The cooling of laser marking machines can be ensured by water chillers. Except for that, daily maintenance of water chillers is also important. In daily maintenance, it needs to clean up dust screens of water chillers and dusts accumulated on condensers, and replace circulating cooling water regularly. (PS: Cooling water should be clean distilled water or pure water, and the time of water changing should be based on the using environment of water chillers: in high quality environment, it should be changed once half a year or a year; in low quality environment such as wood carving, it may be changed once from half a month to one month.)
