S&A CWFL water chillers are used to cool 750W to 1500W lasers of Raycus and MAX

S&A visited Manager Guo whose factory produces laser cutting machines. The primary and secondary products of Manager Guo’s factory are fiber laser cutting machines and CO2 laser cutting machines. The cutting machines basically used Raycus and MAX lasers with power of 750W, 1000W or 1500W. Fiber laser cutting machines of Manager Guo were cooled by S&A water chillers. We saw 5 or 6 S&A CWFL series water chillers in his factory.
Manager Guo asked the differences between S&A CWFL series water chillers between the previous CW series water chillers. Are you still curious about this? I will explain it now. S&A CWFL series water chillers are designed for fiber lasers which have two independent temperature controlling systems to separate high temperature and low temperature. The laser body is cooled by low temperature and the QBH joint (lens) is cooled by normal temperature, which efficiently avoids producing condensate water.
