S&A CW-5200 chiller cools medical excimer laser

One customer from Beijing works on manufacturing the medical equipment, including excimer lasers which are mainly applied to the electronics, communications, semiconductors, medical equipment and pulsed laser deposition. The KRF gas is adopted by the excimer lasers, whose cooling method is similar to that of CO2 laser tube.
