- Components
Chiller CW-3000 consists of water tank, water pump, heat exchange, cooling fan and related controlling components. 
Industrial chiller CW-5000 consists of water tank, water pump, compressor, condenser, evaporator, cooling fan, temperature controller and other related controlling components. 

- Refrigerate or not?
From the above component description, we can see that chiller CW-3000 does not have the key parts of a refrigeration system (compressor, evaporator and condenser), so it is NOT a refrigeration based water chiller but a passive-cooling industrial water chiller. For industrial chiller CW-5000, it is refrigeration based water chiller for sure! 

- Water temperature adjustable or not?
Water temperature of chiller CW-3000 is not adjustable and related to the ambient temperature. While for industrial chiller CW-5000, since it has an intelligent T-503 temperature controller, its water temperature can be adjusted both manually or adjust itself automatically.

To sum up, the cooling ability of chiller CW-3000 is quite limited and is suitable for cooling industrial equipment with small heat load. In terms of industrial chiller CW-5000, since it is refrigeration based, it has wider applications, such as cooling laser cutting machine, laser engraving machine, UV LED printer and so on.
