User Tips on Adjusting Water Temperature in T-503 Temperature Controller Intelligent Mode of S&A CW-5000T Series Industrial Chiller

 When you receive a new S&A industrial chiller CW-5000T Series, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Warranty paper? The accessories attached? Well, these are all we should care about for sure. But there is also an important thing - how to use this chiller. To help users master the using of industrial chiller CW-5000T Series faster, today we offer the user tips on adjusting water temperature in T-503 Temperature Controller Intelligent Mode of this chiller.

For starter, the default setting for T-503 temperature controller is intelligent temperature mode under which water temperature of industrial chiller CW-5000T Series will adjust itself automatically. Therefore, if we want to adjust the water temperature, we need to change it to constant temperature mode first and then set the water temperature manually. Below are the detailed step-by-step illustrations. 

1.Press and hold “▲” button and “SET” button;

2.Wait for 5 to 6 seconds until it indicates 0;

3.Press “▲” button and set the password 8(factory setting is 8);

4.Press “SET” button and F0 displays;

5.Press “▲” button and change the value from F0 to F3 (F3 stands for way of control);

6.Press “SET” button and it displays 1;

7.Press “▼” button and change the value from “1” to “0”. (“1” stands for intelligent control. “0” stands for constant control);

8.Now the chiller is in constant temperature mode;

9.Press “SET” button and it displays F3;

10.Press “▼” button and change the value from F3 to F0;

11.Press “SET” button and enter water temperature setting;

12.Press “▲” button and “▼” button to adjust the water temperature;

13.Press “RST” button to confirm the setting and exit.
