The advantages of laser welding machine in thin metal production

Laser welding is one of the most important part in laser processing. With high energy laser beam as a heat source, laser welding is a high precision welding technique. It uses high energy laser beam to heat up the surface of the work piece and then the heat will spread from the material surface to the inside. With the parameters of the laser pulse parameters being adjusted, the laser beam energy will melt the materials and then molten bath will form.

Laser welding machine vs plasma welding machine

Laser welding machine is pretty common in material processing. Laser welding is a novel welding method and is widely used to weld thin-walled materials and high precision parts. It can realize spot welding, jam welding, stitch welding and seal welding. Is anti-freezer needed in YAG laser welding machine closed loop chiller?

It is already the middle of November and the temperature in some places of the world has already dropped to 0 degree celsius or lower, which makes some of the YAG laser welding machine closed loop chiller difficult to start. What should be done to deal with this problem?

Well, users can add proportional anti-freezer into the closed loop chiller to prevent the circulating water from freezing. Note: users should turn to the chiller manufacturer for the proportion of the anti-freezer and should also think about the actual application of the chiller. For example, for laser diode water chiller and fiber laser water chiller, it is not suggested to add the anti-freezer, for they use de-ion water as the circulating water.
